Sweet Maple Farms offers all natural clover honey products. Our raw, extracted honey is never heated above hive temperature or subjected to processing. This retains honey's healthful properties, including enzymes, antioxidants, bioflavonoids, and bee pollen. When honey is processed, the heating destroys these beneficial qualities.
RAW is the most important quality in a honey because raw honey retains health-enhancing properties such as antioxidants, enzymes, and bee pollen.
