Honey Products     

Our raw, extracted honey is never heated above hive temperature or subjected to processing. This retains honey's healthful properties, including enzymes, antioxidants, bioflavonoids, and bee pollen. When honey is processed, the heating destroys these beneficial qualities.

RAW is the most important quality in a honey because only Raw honey contains health-enhancing properties like antioxidants, enzymes, bee pollen, etc.

All of our products are packed in recylcable glass jars and bottles to prevent the adverse effects that plastics can have on our syrups, jams, pickles, etc.
