Garden Vegetables   

Our garden vegetables are home-grown without insecticides or herbicides.  We choose a rotating variety of vegetables to plant during the growing season to compliment our regular selection of the following:

• Rhubarb
• Green Beans
• Tomato (many varieties)
• Beets
• Swiss Chard
• Okra
• Radishes
• Horseradish
• Pepper (many varieties)

After we harvest our crop by hand, the vegetables are then pickled and sun-dried.  Contact us for a current assortment of fresh vegetables available during the growing season!

All of our products are packed in recylcable glass jars and bottles to prevent the adverse effects that plastics can have on our syrups, jams, pickles, etc.
